Born in Waltham on December 18, 1956, he was the son of the late John A. and Adeline (Ferro) Coraccio. Roy spent much of his formative years in Chelmsford, where he attended local schools.
Roy Coraccio, 69, of Pahrump, Nevada, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
Roy was a dedicated entrepreneur who built and operated a variety of businesses over the years, including ventures in landscaping, trucking, and machine shop work. His true passion, however, was found in the automotive industry. For many years, he owned and operated his own dealership in New Hampshire. After relocating to Nevada in his early 30s, his enthusiasm for classic automobiles continued to grow and remained a central part of his life until his recent retirement.
He is survived by his older sister, Patricia Coraccio of Quincy, his youngest brother Robert A. Coraccio of Ayer, and his youngest sister Susan Pender of Woburn; as well as five nieces and one nephew.
In addition to his parents, Roy was predeceased by his brothers, Stephen Coraccio of Chelmsford and John Coraccio of Tampa.
Funeral services will be held privately.
