Jane Ann Martin was born January 19, 1949 and passed away on December 29th, 2021 at home with her husband John Anthony Martin, they were married 48 years. She worked as a nurses aid for 22 years. For fun Jane enjoyed camping, shooting and gaming on her computer. She was a big Star Trek fan, going to conventions whenever she could. She will be remembered as a good mom. Jane is survived by her Sons Ben Poff, Michael Poff (Wynona Poff), her Granddaughter Kady Jane Poff, and Great Granddaughter Lily Jane Hoffman. Jane will be sorely missed.
