At Lee Funeral Home, we believe that clarity and transparency are the foundations of trust. The following policies have been established to ensure that every family we serve in the Pahrump community receives the highest standard of care, dignity, and professional honor. These guidelines outline our operational procedures, payment or decorative standards, and regulatory compliance, providing you with a clear roadmap of what to expect as we work together to honor your loved one’s legacy.

PAYMENT POLICY Lee Funeral Home & Cremation Service has established a uniform payment policy that is fair to all families and that prevents any misunderstanding. The policy enables Lee Funeral Home & Cremation Service to contain our costs to all families we serve.
  • All fees must be paid at least 24 hours prior to service or cremation.
  • Payment for merchandise is due before ordering or use.
  • Lee Funeral Home & Cremation service DOES NOT accept future payments from estate funds.
  ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS All listed prices reflect standard pricing when paid by debit or credit card. A 4% discount will be applied to the total funeral charges when payment is made by cash or check.
  1. Cash; exact change is preferred as no cash is kept on-site to make change
  2. Personal or Business Check; Lee Funeral Home & Cremation Service DOES NOT accept post-dated checks.
  3. Debit Cards
  4. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
  5. Insurance Assignment;
    1. Available to beneficiary(s) only
    2. Policy must be verified before acceptance
    3. Policy must be older than 2 years
    4. All beneficiaries must sign all documents provided by Lee Funeral Home & Cremation Service in front of a notary
    5. Beneficiary(s) must sign documents within 24 hours of policy verification
    6. A 10% ($100 minimum) fee of the total funeral charges will be added to funeral charges.
  FAMILY VIEWING POLICY Family viewings are for family members ONLY; the viewing IS NOT open to the public. Viewing is for one hour. IDENTIFICATION VIEWING POLICY ID viewings are solely for those decedents whose identification is in question. Viewing is limited to 15 minutes and to immediate family (spouse, child, sibling) only.
