Juliah ‘Judy’ Franklin Menconi

Juliah ‘Judy’ Franklin Menconi was born 1/8/1949 in California. She went home to be with the Lord on 1/26/2021, passing away in Las Vegas. Judy was an accomplished musician and gospel pianist and singer. A  Services will be held within our hearts.
