AI left behind his wife, Billie Harshbarger; four sons, Jerry (Charlene) Harshbarger, Jon Harshbarger, Jody Harshbarger, Jeff (Janet) Harshbarger; three stepchildren, Cathy (Brian) Lowe, Calvin (Rosa) Summey, Cliff (Joyce Ann) Summey; 12 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a host of many friends. William also worked as an engineer at Nevada Test Site and enjoyed retirement in Pahrump. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, Lucille, who passed away 2004. William is survived by children Katherine Withers, Penny Lehmuth, Marion Withers, Michael (Kelly) Withers, Bill (Jamie) Withers; five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
